Terms and conditions

Last updated 22 October 2026

These are the rules for using Stockify, a research tool for NSE-listed companies. Please read them, especially the parts about data and advice.

Using Stockify

By making an account or using Stockify you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

Not investment advice

Stockify presents data from public filings, market data and auto-generated observations. None of it is investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

Decide for yourself, or consult a qualified professional, before you invest.

About the data

Figures come from company filings and third-party market feeds. Filings can contain errors, be restated, or be tagged in ways that make a ratio hard to compute. Where we cannot work a number out, Stockify says it is not available instead of guessing.

Prices and news may be delayed or unavailable. We do not promise that any data is complete, current or free of error, so check important figures against the original filing.

Agent and research output is generated automatically. It can be wrong or incomplete, and you are responsible for checking it before relying on it.

Your account

Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

Usage quotas apply to research agents and similar features. We may change them. Stockify is free today; see the refund policy for what that means.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-download the service, try to break or probe it, get around quotas, resell access, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Your content and ours

What you save in Stockify, such as templates, goals and agent settings, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it so the service can work for you.

The software, design and our own write-ups belong to Stockify or its licensors. Filings and market data remain the property of their original sources, and we show them under whatever terms those sources allow.

Availability and liability

Stockify is provided as it is and as available. It may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn, and some surfaces are still being built.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses, including investment losses, that come from using Stockify or relying on its data or output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Stockify after a change means you accept it.
